This legal notice governs the access and use of the EU-JAMRAI2 database, developed within the framework of the Joint Action on Antimicrobial Resistance and Healthcare-Associeated Infections (JAMRAI). The database is intended for research, public health monitoring, and collaborative analysis among authorized partners. By accessing the JAMRAI database, the user accepts all terms and conditions outlined in this notice. JAMRAI reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice.

  • Ensure data confidentiality and integrity.

4. Data protection and privacy

EU-JAMRAI2 guarantees that all personal data included in the database is processed in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable national legislation. The project is coordinated by the Institut National de la Santé et de la Recherche Médicale (INSERM), which is responsible for determining the purposes and means of data processing within the framework of JAMRAI. Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to re-identify anonymized data. Likewise, the database must not be used for profiling, commercial exploitation, or any activity that falls outside the scope of JAMRAI’s public health and research objectives.

 

5. Intellectual property

All content, structure, and data within the JAMRAI database are protected by intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use data for research and public health purposes only.

 

6. Liability

JAMRAI is not liable for any misuse of the data by users. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards in their use of the database.

 

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the coordinating entity’s jurisdiction
