3. Conditions of access and use

The project is coordinated by the Institut National de la Santé et de la Recherche Médicale (INSERM), which is responsible for determining the purposes and means of data processing within the framework of JAMRAI. Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to re-identify anonymized data. Likewise, the database must not be used for profiling, commercial exploitation, or any activity that falls outside the scope of JAMRAI’s public health and research objectives.

All content, structure, and data within the JAMRAI database are protected by intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use data for research and public health purposes only.
